Olive Dancer NAPA

I have been using acrylic paint for twenty years and its quick drying properties allow for the fast layering of colour, helping to keep the creative flow going. I have heard some say that they cannot get the colours they want when trying acrylic paint –   I have to put an A or O on the back of a canvas. I also paint in oils, and pastels and create work using collage and mixed media.  My subjects are varied and mostly abstract or semi-abstract according to my mood. There are times when the work dictates its own path, with some very interesting conclusions.  The process of creating art is what keeps me working at it. I am a member of the Buckinghamshire Art  Society and The  Visual  Images  Group and have exhibited with both,  the latter during The Bucks. Open Studios annual fortnight.   I   have also exhibited in mixed exhibitions in Bucks. Berks. and Oxford.
