NAPA Members Exhibition 2024
The NAPA Members Exhibition 2024 took place in Kennaway House in Sidmouth, also home to The South West Academy of Fine Art.
It was a fantastic exhibition with a great variety of styles and a high standard of work. The hang took place on Sunday 5th May with teams headed up by Fiona Moatt and Alice Hole. The private view was on Monday 6th May and was well attended.
Included in the exhibition were two paintings each from Alwyn (NAPA President) and June Crawshaw. Alwyn’s painting, ‘Hot Summer’s Day, River Wey’ was originally painted over 50 years ago, en plein air in very warm conditions as a demonstration to show the versatility and effectiveness of acrylic as a medium.
