I also love the clarity and purity of the colours one can achieve with the media, along with the way it can be applied to a range of surfaces from board to silk. Whether my reaction to a subject has required a highly detailed or more abstract response, acrylic has enabled me to effectively realise my vision and create a piece I believe does justice to whatever I am representing.’
